Every job is good, once it pays your bills and you can save some of the
money for a rainy day there isnt a problem. We all know that high paying
jobs are more beneficial as it makes you have the finer things in life
such as big houses, cars, jewellery, beautiful women etc and yeah you get alot of attention but thats
only the good part of a big job because when you die you cannot take it
nor your wealth with you because someone else will get it if not your family then the
government. Not everyone was born to be in high paying jobs at certain
companies because if it were so who would be the CEO's maid, who would
park the cars, who would trim your garden, who would cook for you, who
would collect your garbage, who would rum errands for you???? so you see
every job is important in their own term. It would almost be impossible
to run a big firm and also take care of your chores at home. So all you
big shots out there need to recognize, know your role and show some
love to the minimum wage guys. Everyone should aim to reach the highest
of their potential and not give up no matter what life throws at you.
Work hard, love God and whatever you become be proud because we all
serve purpose on this earth.

The Environment and its effects
One of the biggest problems that the world is facing today is environmental pollution,
increasing each year and causing great damage to the earth.
Environmental pollution consists of five basic types of pollution,
namely, air, water, soil, noise and light. Air pollution is by far the
most harmful form of pollution in our
environment. Air pollution is cause by the injurious smoke emitted by
cars, buses, trucks, trains, and factories, namely sulphur dioxide,
carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides. Even smoke from burning leaves and
cigarettes are harmful to the environment causing a lot of damage to
man and the atmosphere. Water pollution
caused by industrial
waste products released into lakes, rivers, and other water bodies,
this has made marine life no longer hospitable. Humans pollute water
with
large scale disposal of garbage, flowers, ashes and other household
waste. Noise pollution, soil pollution and light pollution too are
damaging
the environment at an alarming rate. Noise pollution include aircraft
noise, noise of cars, buses, and trucks, vehicle horns, loudspeakers,
and industry noise, as well as high-intensity sonar effects which are
extremely harmful for the environment and for those who listen to mp3
players, i pods etc with sound level over 80 decibels are gonna be deaf
or near deaf long term. With all this said and all the proof presented,
people still continue to destroy our environment and this will only get
worst until we no longer have a environment. Its SAD!!!!!!! http://www.newnusedlink.com

Jamaican Music
Jamaican music is loved all over the world but am not here to talk about
all genres of the jamaican music, my main focus is on the dance hall
music. Today artists are all about the paper, mula, benjamins, dead prez
just to name a few terms used for money along with the fame. Back in
the days musicians focus was mainly on good decent lyrics and a well
crafted rhythm to please all likes for dance hall, we could go out and
relate to all songs played by sound systems or the radio and we would
have a good time. Now, dance hall musicians are trying to invade the
international market by switching their flows, instrumentals and even
trying to rap, don't get me wrong i love hip hop/rap but i believe every
artist should stick to their culture and not try to change because of
the great greed for money. If a dance hall musician wants to make a song
with an international artist, nothing is wrong but when they try to act
as if they are another genre of music it looks bad. I see Jamaicans
imitating songs from overseas and i also see it vice versa, why cant
people just be original and try to branch out in life by being loyal to
their culture rather than chasing the money. Although it might seem as
if its the artists fault, the record companies have alot to do with
this, they have the final say as to what can be released locally or
internationally. To see an artist real talent i believe one has to
listen to the mixtapes because here they can say just about anything and
express their feelings towards experience and everyday lifestyles. So i
will not blame the dance hall artists for this, its the record label
heads fault and without a record label most artist music will not reach
majority of the public and in other words they will make no money. A
movie that came to my mind just now was "Brown Sugar" this movie clearly
shows that a real record label should put out quality music and not
garbage that sells.

Family and Success
Family is great to have but not all the time will they have your back or
in Jamaican culture your side. Most family members mainly love and
respect you when you have money or when you are on top of your game in
business. I guess they like when they can tell friends that oh i have a
great cousin or brother he is the CEO for this firm, he owns houses,
cars and he is soooo nice and i helped him with this or i inspired him
to do that. Now this is when you are on top, but with the slightest slip
in your career they are ready to criticize and even want to deny that
you are family. In the business world i dont believe that family should
be mixed with business because most of the times they work inefficient
and they take the job for a joke because you are "FAMILY" and you want
to be on their good side so they are given many chances even after they
screw up. I know for sure that a stranger will hardly ever do this
because of three words...YOU ARE FIRED. On the other hand good families
do exist and they will stick with you through thick or thin but who are
we kidding this occurs rarely. For all the good family members out
there just play your part at being honest and loyal to the ones you
love, make the money don't let it control or change you. Also get rid of
the disloyal family members, you dont need them because all they do is
try to bring you down

the business world
The business world is a challenging one that's why most individuals are
afraid to be a member. Some might say its too risky to start a business
and its much easier to apply for a job in a already established firm,
now this is very much true but lets go a bit deeper. For a individual to
get a good job one has to be very educated or lucky and in most
instances being lucky is out because unless your family member or friend
is going to pull some strings to get you a good job you will not get
it. Growing up i was always told that education is the way to a better
life and you must go to university in order to be on your way to
success, this is true but universities are not FREE they cost money
"millions". What if you attend university, get straight A's and graduate
with a honorary degree does this guarantee a good job??? NO. and
sometime you dont even get any job at all and its not because you didnt
try hard enough its just that not everyone leaving school is guaranteed a
job. Now millions are down the drain and for those who took out student
loans they owe a lot. Now you become frustrated, no money, no job and
stress is now a big part of your life what to do next???? should you
give up or just continue to try and get a job. Well i always believe
there is a way out of any situation no matter how big or difficult it
is. But the main point am trying to make here is do not believe in the
hype of running off to college unless you have a plan B or C because the
millions you invest into school could very much start your own business
and a number of these fortune 500 companies you see or hear about in
our society, these entrepreneurs didn't attend universities and some who
went even dropped out just because they knew what they wanted and went
for it. So going to university is a big risk just as starting a business
so do not be afraid to be an entrepreneur because your company could
provide jobs for people and help in developing our economy.
