We have seen mediums on T.V. featured on shows such as Oprah, Dr. Oz, Anderson Live... some even have their own shows and they are very popular. Theresa Caputo who has become popular on T.V. She says she can communicate with the deceased, other popular mediums are Allison Dubois, Sylvia Browne, John Edward - all of these people claim to have a special connection with the dead. A medium attempts to connect with the spirit world, mediating between spirit beings and humans. Assuming they are not frauds (because some are) and actually do communicate with the spiritual world there are spiritual beings all around us. The Truth is the connection a medium has is not with the dead, it's with a with a demon, the devil will do anything, even comfort you if it keeps you from the truth of God. Think about it, the devil wants to confuse you, make you question your life after death. If he can lead you to believe something else other than Gods Word by dazzling you with knowledge of the supernatural then he's succeeded. He's not stupid, he'll do anything to keep you from going to Heaven. There are 3 references in the Bible where the dead were allowed to return in visible form. However, they weren't kept on earth in spirit form or allowed to communicate with the living about just anything. What do you all think?
